“Underground Naples” refers to several different sites. The Spanish Quarters tour focuses on an aqueduct and tunnels reused across multiple eras.
What you see
The route links the ancient water system with later underground functions, including Second World War shelters. It is not a survey of every subterranean site in Naples.

Some passages are tight and require a calm pace. If you have claustrophobia, limited mobility or breathing conditions, check restrictions and alternatives first.
Build it into the day
The one-hour tour pairs easily with Quartieri Spagnoli, Via Toledo and Piazza del Plebiscito. Wear closed shoes and avoid a large bag.
